Coincidence, Paul. I am planning a post on theme of the yoga of walking, after previous posts on the yoga of imagining oneself a contemplative nun (without taking the 3 lifetime vows), and of being a dandy for at least an afternoon. Actually they are as much as anything posts on the different personalities existing within oneself, which reminds me that once you used to post somewhere as a foppish poetic aesthete. Thanks!

Vincent - I've noticed that many people seem to get from walking exactly what I got through running - it's a meditative, creative experience for them.

Lisis - And thanks for having me. It's interesting how different tools seem to help at different times.
